This is my first attempt at a Blog! Following the School Library Journal’s 23 Things project has been a great way for me to ensure my skills are 21st Century appropriate for my new position at the Blue Point Elementary School — School Library Media Specialist. I hope to use this tool to keep students, parents, teachers and administration abreast of all the wonderful things happening at our Library Media Center. Our students need to be taught the most current information literacy skills and this will be a great way to keep everyone up to date with our progress. Please check back often as I become more knowledgable about this whole Web2.0 movement!
